Robert Alton Raffle Official Terms & Conditions

The Robert Alton Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored by Robert Alton (“Sponsor”).

The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

To enter the Raffle, participants must complete the official raffle entry form and create a free Robert Alton account using a valid email address during the event period.

Raffle entries are confirmed once the participant’s email address is verified and the account registration is processed.

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the event.

The Raffle begins at the start of the sponsored event and ends at the conclusion of the event. Entries submitted after the event concludes will not be eligible.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible and confirmed entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration. If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms.

Information collected from participants is subject to the Robert Alton Privacy Policy.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Raffle.
